Step 1 — Consultation
We begin by understanding your creative brief — whether you are a photographer seeking the perfect studio backcloth, a theatre director planning a full production, or an event planner envisioning a grand themed backdrop. Our team works directly with you to define the scope, scale, and style.
Step 2 — Design & Visualization
Our design team translates your concept into detailed visual references. For custom backdrops, this includes sketches, color palettes, and layout compositions submitted for your approval before a single brushstroke is applied.
Step 3 — Painting & Fabrication
In one of our inhouse painting workshops, skilled artists produce the approved design on high quality muslin or any other speciality fabric. Our fabrication units either before or after or both stages handle structural requirements — ways to attach to frames to collapsible mechanisms for twistflex backdrops.
Step 4 — Quality Review
Every backdrop undergoes a thorough quality checks and review before dispatch. We check for color accuracy and painting dpeth, surface consistency, structural requirement, and adherence to the original brief.
Step 5 — Delivery & Support
Finished backdrops are carefully packed and delivered to studios, venues, and production houses worldwide. Our team remains available post-delivery for any installation guidance or follow-up support.
